UNDERVALUES OF IMPRESSION: HEALTHY EATING





To live to impress is to undervalue yourself.

Your values are misplaced when you exist as an impression. YOU'RE UNDER OPPRESSION WHEN YOU LIVE LIKE AN IMPRESSION. When you live to impress, you'll be easily replaceable because you will wear out. When you live on the premise of value, even when you retire, you're not one who would be easily replaced. This is beyond your dispensibility, it has more to do with your making the most out of life, in your divine purpose, rather than waste your life fulfilling the purpose of another.

You undermine your purpose when you concentrate on becoming men-pleasers. It is inferiority in fact. Your focus on purpose cures you of undervalue for yourself.

Your health is at risk when you live as an impression. In value is your valuables intact, even with God. That which you place value on are valuables that GOD will place his jealousy on.

The value you place on your self makes you take responsibility. When you only want to impress people, it is at the expense of your health.

DESTINY IS ONLY FULFILLED ON THE PLATFORM OF HEALTH. Be it a healthy mind, relationship, spirit, body, etc. Health is non-negotiable. Value your health.

Consider the referenced scripture as wisdom demands: If a member/part of your body (e.g. Heart, Liver) that is vital to the survival of the entire body, if this member will fail because of the lifestyle of another member (e.g. Stomach, Tongue) in eating, it behooves on you to desist from such acts for your life to be preserved. 

Such poor dieting, among other indulgences, is a leading cause of heart diseases and infertility among men today. So, rather than produce widows, the fatherless, and failed marriages in the society, we must employ ourselves to healthy practices as young men. Even women are not left out on this set of values.

We ought to eat healthy. Indulge ourselves wisely. Live circumspectly. Redeeming the time as we see the days approaching.
